Abstract	In the article were described some problems of interrogation of the children, victims of sexual violence in court. Proposals of legislative changes in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, aimed at making it possible to use in court as evidence the video of interrogation of the child, victims of violence, conducted during the pre-trial investigation (without violating the principle of the immediacy of examination of evidence in court) were presented.
